FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Inflatable mascots are highly visible, attention-grabbing, and perfect for making an impact at corporate events, trade shows, and outdoor promotions.
Mascots usually take 2-3 weeks production time. Plushies need around 4-5 weeks from 3D > Sample > Mass Production.
We offer a 3 month warranty for manufacturing defects on our mascots and plushies from the time of delivery.
With proper care and storage, the mascot/plushie can last 2-3 years in Malaysian weather. However, mascots are prone to wear and tear within 6-12 months if used outdoors for long periods.
The mascot/plushies are made of nylon material and/or fur (EVA+Sponge) material. Nylon materials are usually waterproof, however, fur and EVA material needs to taken due care when in contact with water.
For cleaning purposes, we suggest to use a wet cloth to wipe it. Dry cleaning is not recommended. We do provide cleaning & maintenance service. We can clean, repair & upgrade your mascot based on your requirements.
Absolutely! We work with Pantone colour codes for production. If you don’t have Pantone codes, it won’t be a problem; we will find the best match to your colours.
For mascots, we can accept an order for as low as 1 pc. For
plushies, our recommended MOQ is 1200 pcs.
